    It’s just perfect easy installation little have issues on the joint side of the Rod but if you have no joint should be fine I’ll search for a solar charger for it to buy wishing they keep it as ad on options during purchase

Instructions

  1. The curtain opener seamlessly integrates with the Smart Life APP on your mobile phone, offering effortless control. Alternatively, you can use the remote control (available for separate purchase).
  2. Effortlessly manage the curtain opener with voice commands through Alexa, Google Home or HomePod. The new Wi-Fi version comes equipped with its own gateway, eliminating the need for an additional purchase, enhancing user convenience.
  3. It’s important to note that the telescopic curtain rod is not compatible with the Roman curtain robot.
  4. In a fully charged state, the motor can operate continuously for approximately 40 hours, providing up to 6 months of usage with four daily cycles of opening and closing on a single charge.
  5. Both T-rail/U-rail and Roman Rod models share a consistent and sleek appearance. During setup, initiate the pairing process by first pairing the main machine and then the auxiliary machine. The pairing process for both machines follows a similar procedure.
  6. When pairing, ensure to commence the process with the master unit before pairing it with the slave unit.
  7. For the Wi-Fi version, it is imperative to activate Bluetooth during the connection process. This ensures a seamless integration and optimal functionality.

After an order has been placed, it’s immediately sent to one of our 4 fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 1-2 business days. Below are the expected delivery times.

Do you deliver products internationally?

Nexxinc.com successfully ship A LOT of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the globe!

I’ve placed an orders with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package? 

Since we have 4 different warehouses, we don’t have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you’ll probably receive one item before the next. Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

I’ve put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we’ll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nexxinc.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided to you after you contact customer service.

Your order may qualify for a free return. Otherwise you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
