Our warranty policy applies only to SmartNexx products that were purchased via our official store. If you purchased SmartNexx products from another platform or channel, please contact the corresponding platform directly for further assistance.
All products purchased from our official store come with a 1 year warranty, which is valid within one year from the date of receipt of item. If your product fails or has defects not caused by human factors during the warranty period, please contact us at info@smartnexx.com to let us know how we can assist you.
You will need to provide the following to be eligible:
A. Your Order ID:
1) If you have a registered SmartNexx account, you can find order information via the order history area of your account.
2) If you do not have a registered SmartNexx account, please check the email used when placing an order and find your order confirmation letter.

C. Pictures or videos of the fault you are referring to.
